Types of installation
Split 1x1
One indoor unit and one outdoor unit to cool or heat a single room. The most common choice for bedrooms and living rooms.
Multisplit 2x1, 3x1 and more
Several indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit. Ideal when there is only one place for the outdoor unit and you want several rooms air-conditioned.
Ducted
One unit hidden in the false ceiling that distributes air through ducts and grilles. More about ducted systems.
Cassette
A ceiling unit that blows air in several directions. Often used in shops and offices with a false ceiling.

Offices and commercial premises
For offices, shops and other business premises we look at the size of the space, how many people use it, the ceiling and where the outdoor unit can go. Depending on that, we recommend split or multisplit units, a ducted system or cassette units, and we give you a quote with everything included before starting.
What an installation involves
- Mounting the indoor and outdoor units on suitable brackets
- Copper refrigerant piping and electrical connection between units
- Condensate drain (with a condensate pump when the drain can't run by gravity)
- Neat finish with trunking where the pipes are visible
- Start-up and check that everything works
In our offers the basic installation includes a set number of metres of pipe and cable. If you need more, we'll tell you in the quote.

Questions about this service
What does the basic installation in the offers include?
Copper piping and electrical cable up to the metres stated on each offer, the condensate drain, mounting and start-up. If your installation needs more, we'll tell you the cost before we start.
Do you install air conditioning in offices and shops?
Yes. Depending on the space we recommend split, multisplit, ducted or cassette systems.
Split or multisplit: which do I need?
If you want to air-condition one room, a 1x1 split is usually enough. For several rooms you can install several 1x1 splits or a multisplit with a single outdoor unit; the choice depends on the space available for outdoor units. We'll advise you when we see the photos.
Which brands do you install?
Our offers include Daikin and Air Mart, and our installations include LG, Haier and Mitsubishi Electric. If you want another brand, ask us for a quote.

We remove your old air conditioner and install a new one, checking whether the existing pipes, drain and power line can be reused.
Maintenance and steam cleaning
Professional steam cleaning: we sanitise the filters and deep-clean the inside of the unit. Better hygiene, better performance and a longer lifespan.
